Cybersecurity provider Quick Heal on Tuesday announced the appointment of Richard Stiennon to its board.

The appointment comes at a time when Quick Heal is accelerating its research and development efforts aimed at foraying into next-generation solutions like Zero Trust, Data Privacy and Endpoint Detection and Response, according to a statement.

Stiennon has an experience of over 25 years in global cybersecurity. Previously, he has worked with Symantec, McAfee, Cisco, Microsoft and Trend Micro, Gartner, PwC, Webroot Software, Fortinet, and Blancco Technology Group, Commonwealth Bank, the statement added.
